The development of the Micro- and Nanocharacterization Laboratory was achieved by purchasing equipment and devices with high performance, necessary for the expansion of the testing game in the field of micro and nanotechnology. The laboratory is based on the NTEGRA atomic force microscope. State-of-the-art micro-nano-control technologies use the atomic force microscope for deep characterization of very thin film-type surfaces or for the surfaces of existing devices, with the help of a measuring tip attached to the console. micro / nano of materials used for MEMS, NEMS or other applications, together with their tribological analysis.
